Local Shipping

Xin Basicwear aims to process your orders within 24 hours of business days (Mondays-Fridays). All local orders will be shipped via our local courier service partners and tracking number will be sent to your email once it has been shipped.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide! All international orders will be processed within 48 hours of business days (Mondays-Fridays). All international orders will be shipped via our courier service partners and tracking number will be sent to your email once it has been shipped.

Please note that all orders are shipped from Malaysia. Any import duties and taxes are charged once the parcel has reached the destination country and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs policies vary from country to country.

Bounce Parcels

Please track your parcel with the provided tracking number once it being mailed from us. You may arrange for re-delivery with the shipping company or self-collect at the allocated post office if the delivery attempt is unsuccessful. Additional postage fee will be collected for re-delivery if the parcel is bounced back to us. All parcels need to be signed upon receipt. 

Refund & Exchanges

We currently do not offer refund or exchanges due to hygiene reasons. If your delivery is not identical to your order (wrong product received, or missing products) due to our oversight, please contact us here.
If you change your mind or if you have made the wrong order before we ship your product(s) out, please contact us and we can arrange a refund or to change your order. Kindly note that all refunds for payments processed via Stripe or PayPal will be net of charges incurred by the merchant platform. For bank transfers, full refund will be provided.
